At Silver Tales, we take great care to provide accurate product information, including dimensions, weight, material, colour and other relevant details, so that you can make an informed purchase.

Please read our Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before placing your order.

No Refunds
Once an order has been purchased and confirmed, we do not offer refunds.

Size, Length & Weight
Product dimensions, length and weight are mentioned wherever applicable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on the grounds that an item is too long, too short, too heavy, too small or too large. We request you to check the product details carefully before placing your order.

Colour & Appearance
We make every effort to photograph our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, the actual colour or finish may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings. Product images should therefore be considered a visual reference.

Damaged in Transit
We will consider a replacement only if the product reaches you damaged in transit.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• An uninterrupted parcel-opening/unboxing video is mandatory, starting before the package is opened and clearly showing the shipping package, product and damage.

• Please email us the unboxing video along with clear photographs of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.

• Claims received without an unboxing video, or after 24 hours of delivery, may not be eligible for replacement.

• After verification and approval by our team, we will arrange a replacement with the same product, subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, we will discuss a suitable alternative with you.

Important: Please do not courier or return any product to us without prior authorization from the Silver Tales team. Products returned without approval will not be accepted for replacement.

All replacement requests are subject to verification and the discretion of Silver Tales.
